Development and implementation of eThekwini Online, an Open Source Internet Portal and an Intranet portal for the eThekwini Municipality. The Internet portal forms part of the city's e-Government initiative and provides structured access to information and services to the municipality's clients: ratepayers, tourists and business. The Intranet portal is the main internal service portal for the municipalities employees and provides a range of offerings including leave bookings, policy and procedural information.
